item on head. little thought went into the concept, not suitable for tf2. Maybe the belt could work if it was less bulky, but the hat is js dead on arrived. remove the plug and the hat becomes more acceptable but i feel as if we already would have it in game

This is head of defense or provisions cap tier.
Take a flanderized aspect of the character (in this case engi's power cord) and make a dumb looking hat out of it.

spinal cord and extension hoard are great, but the hat doesn't really make sense and I don't really see it working well with any loadouts.
