VMF Added in description with some changes: Player clips on event arena can be toggled with switch inside event arena no clip required. also some door fixes on the shutters and rebuilds of the warehouses in industrial. Some decals removed that were causing errors. Will add content ASAP.

i heard some creepy female crying sounds plus some creaking floor board sounds to go with it. im not sure if im paranoid or if this is part of the map.

Mr Gooburt “10 Hidden Areas Can be disabled with a switch in the secret room” if you no clip to the top left of the bank you will see a room that has Keep Out on the walls inside that there is a box you have to nocolide into it slowly and press the button it was done this way to stop other people easily pressing it.

How do you get into the mayors panic room normally?

you need to add it to your server workshop collection for the server and then to your client workshop collection using this https://csite.io/tools/gmod-universal-workshop

I want to add this map for my server, but I can't extract it and doesn't download as a addon, it acts more as a temp file and i can load into it with singleplayer but I can't download it, any ideas?

Doors being invisible is a you issue not the map.
- An addon causing this, find it and unsubscribe it.
- Restart gmod if you went to multiple servers. One addon could've broke something.
- Verify the game cache.
