Updating or Rebuilding the audio cache with this mod installed gives this error.

CAudioSourceMemWave (player\survivor\voice\mechanic\positivenoise12.wav): GetDataPointer () failed.

And just loading in without rebuilding the cache, gives me a completely silent team. Any advice?

Didn't you make a heavy sound pack as well for l4d2?

It's saying i've subscribed, but it hasn't showed up in my add on's and I can still hear Ellis speaking. What is happening? (this also applies to the other 3 scout voice packs)
