does this add a map?

I have begun concepts of a new Altis theemed mod called Altis Through The Ages, which has the Altian military from the 60's to the 2010's, and i'll be sure to have a better name there if i ever finish that.

Changing the name now is probably a little too late, as i would have to rewrite the display names in every config and all the lore documents.
But with that said, i do appriciate the feedback:)

It would probably be "Altian Defence Forces", "Altian Armed Forces" or just "Royal Altian Regiment"

Love the mod, but the military force would almost certainly be called "The Royal Altian Armed Forces" or something similar, especially by the 1980's. Altis would be an overseas territory, and calling something a colony/colonial is a big faux pas as it goes against the UN decolonisation charters.

i really like this mod! it fits really well I find and has some interesting gear you can use on altis

amazing mod homie, i would suggest on adding more varieties of weapons to the ACAF infantries. such as MG42s, AAT F1s, or maybe italian BM59s

@AugCph Thanks for replying, i see. I have found a sort of "solution" to me: if i want some arty, i could modify the attributes for some global mobilization artillery assets( like the german m109 for example) in the enhanced editor, in order to make it resemble an altian one,by removing the iron cross and the vehicle registration targ for example. Simple solution, nothing to worry!

@Ture Right, Sadly there’s no mortars in GM and likewise there’s no Cold War mortars in the base game, so that can unfortunately not be added without requiring more dependancies

Fantastic mod, but where are the mortars? And artillery in general, isn't available?I must use the GM ones?

@Ho Chi Meme Glad you like the mod, i understand with the FWA FAL's but it's sadly not something i can change. I'd suggest throwing in a suggestion on the FWA discord:)

Its a good mod the only problem is that free world armoury fals sound anemic so it takes the punch out of using them

@Not A Robot I have no idea how to fix the issue with DRO. However, I am planning on coming back and reworking and polishing this whole mod once i'm done with another project i'm currently working on. So i'll look into it there. However, glad to hear you enjoy it!

This probably is not an important issue for you at the moment but I thought I would share it just in case. I play a lot of dynamic recon missions and the mod works great for dynamic combat ops but on dynamic recon ops all units spawn without ammo and equipment. Great mod, I love the aesthetic of 80s Altis.
