Did not work for me. Button to "confirm" doesn't appear if I go past 2, and still gives me no resources

found a a glitch with the mod if you open the tool up dont select a resource and put a amount of resources you want put the time to 0.5 and send to a random country after it expires it will spawn every resource in the game in a random tile you own with the amount you put
