@vi RPFM is "rusty pack file manager". If you have tinkered with modding it just should be fairly self explanatory but download rpfm and then follow Command.X's advice

@Command.X really sorry to bother you but do you think you can link a video or something to show us how you fixed it? I spent 2 hours trying to replicate what you said with no success.

The link containing the prerequisite for this mod is missing. Anyone knows what the mod is?

This was all because of the bad modding practice utilised by drunken_panda, he should have made another instance of ep_horse_armour_02_a.wsmodel and renamed it as custom, instead of using the exact same name in the vanilla.

Fix for Missing or Glitched Horse Parts (Elite Tiger Knights and Flying Bear Knights saddles are covered in leaves. Those units are from a mod called "More Unique Units" also used in trom) while used in conjunction with Drunken Panda's model pack

If you’re experiencing issues with missing or glitched horse parts in certain units (such as horses covered in leaves), the problem is likely due to the mod referencing a missing saddle mesh. When using drunken panda's model pack, this causes a conflict that results in the visual bugs.

Solution: To fix this, you need to use RPFM:

Identify the missing saddle reference in the .variantmeshdefinition file of the affected unit.
Extract the correct saddle mesh from the base game (ep_horse_armour_02_a.wsmodel in my case).

Rename the extracted file and repack it in a custom .pack file that loads above the drunek panda's model pack.

This forces the game to use the correct assets and fixes the visual glitches without affecting other units.

Yep came here looking for a fix unfortunately looks like the Tiger Knights will have to be Elven Tiger Knights...

This model pack, for some very bizarre reason, causes the horses of heavy cavalry units (such as Tiger Knights or a few others) to be covered with leaves when used with TROM

Making this comment just in case people want to know the answer but this mod with the all in one pack works with TROM+TUP

@judos Those are unit reskin mods. This mod adds variant files that will be used for custom heroes. They are entirely different.

How does this reskin pack compare to other reskin mods? (i.e, Units Remaster and the historical reskin mod)

Although this mod do not currently work with TROM,

but i think "MTU/TUP Unique Models for Unique Characters" works with TROM, so don't worry about it if you want to use it together.
