Download this map https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=113738358 and spawn the metrocop while my addon is on, if the metrocop is VERY shiny, it works. (The reason why I'm sending you this map is because the cubemaps are broken in this map and it should help you to know if the addon is working or not).
