I'm currently playing in Greece and a train passed by, but it was a bit far away. I couldn't be sure if the mod's sound is working properly, but please check if you need to update it when you can, or at least add compatibility with 1.53 to the mod description, since it says 1.38 in the description.

This mod is fantastic, it brings a lot of realism to the trains and the game, it's a must on my list of favorite mods.

nevermind, I saw your gamelog, you need the update my Real Emergency pack in which I mentioned the fix for Lithuania https://ets2.lt/en/real-emergency-ai-pack-v1-50-b-base-edition/
if you use mods I recommend to follow them as well, even if you need google translator because it can save you time. in scs games, even a wrong dot can generate a game crash

This is the mod (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3209674677) that is above yours and that author recommends this mod to go well with his mod but he says his mod must be over yours for it to work.

another mod modifying train files might not be compatible, I would say just compare the 2 mods and check which files are in common. about crashes I cannot check, I updated the base files but I could not do for balkans files which are unlikely to have changed

@Factual this mod is number two from the top because the author of number one (realistic trains i think it is called) tells me it need to be over this mod

@legonair i also use this mod and i have a bunch of other mods too. My game never crashes, maybe u need to check the mod priority

This mod seems to be crashing my game as soon as I start a World of Trucks contract. I checked the gamelog (I also saved it just in cash you need it) nothing in the gamelog points to this mod but when I uninstall the mod the game stops crashing so that is why I suspect this mod. I'm on ETS2 1.50.

updated for 1.50 with the folloing changes:
- adaptation to ETS2 1.50
- 3 new diesel sounds for the latest Balkans DLC locomotives
- 1 new horn sound
- tweaked wheel sounds of cargo train cars
the update will also work in the previous game version in case you have not yet updated and wish to check latest sounds and improvements

I am aware, I work on the update today including 2 new sounds

The mod needs an update with the Swiss rework on version 1.50. The game crashed in Geneva and several other places in Switzerland. Critical error in Geneva due to the tram model.

@Cipus, @Maestroll, it is working well for me in the latest updates. i haven't had any issues.

The mod works with 1.49.2.6 but i've not test it yet. I thought it was colored red so it couldn't be compatible anymore. I think I was confused with another mod.

Is an update for west balkans planned once it releases? I assume so but Im curious to see if the G16 will get some sounds

if you want to take advantage of my sounds then obviously you place my Real train sounds on top, and you can still benefit of all other sounds from sound fixes pack except trains
