@XINOX Sounds are located in Terraria's main installation folder under Content/Sounds. I don't know which files belong to the Stellar Tune, but weapon sounds are generally listed under "Item_##" - for instance, the Meowmere's sound effects are Item_57 and Item_58. A full guide on how to make resource packs can be found here [forums.terraria.org].
