Kinda weird that there's no rupee sound. For that matter, the extremely common enemy kill "splat" could have been easily replaced with the ALTTP "poof" sound. And the "item pickup" sound gets a little grating after a while, isn't there something quieter to substitute?

I was actually gonna make an Ocarina of Time sound pack for Minecraft sometime in the future, it being the 3D game. However since I'll have access to the sounds, I may use them in a pack for Terraria as well.

Where do I go in a Terraria resource pack folder to change sound effects?

I actually considered doing that, however there were so many unique enemy death sounds that I decided I didn't want them all to just be replaced with one sound. I might still give it a try at some point, however.

Amazing pack ! If you need ideas, I suggest adding the enemy death sound for when you kill entities.
