Wow, thanks for making this - it has meant that I am able to keep using Sinagrit Baba's Google GPS Mod which, due to my eyesight condition, I was finding extremely difficult to see, because of the blue 'You Are Here' icon on a blue road. Now, I can actually see where my truck is! To get it working, I just put it right at the top of my load order, underneath my ProMods World Background Map, but above the Sinagrit Baba GPS mods (yes mods, you should have the base one, and then the ProMods addon)...

I tried it in 1.50 and it is not working , like it is not even there , and it is at top priority .

Is 1.50 ready?

It works fine with 1.43, it doesn't need any update as the game update doesn't interfere with the mod.

This mod should work with any truck mod and with any other mod as it only changes a DDS(image) file of the base game data. There could be a weird map or gps mod that interferes, but neither me or others have ever encountered it.
There is but one way it wont work, running ETS2/ATS with Open GL, which at the moment is a limitation I haven't been able to solve.
Try running the game with DirectX and let me know how it went.
Also try and isolate the mods you use in order to find out if there are mods conflicting.

The only other thing i can think of that can be causing an issue is a truck mod.
I've only tested it myself on the rjl scania, but as i said this mod is extremely simple it only changes a picture(.dds file) so it's very weird.

Do you have the same problem with a mod free save?

I do not understand your problem.
This mod only changes the player icon to a truck
All the GPS colors and symbols are not touched.
Check your other mods especially other gps mods.

I liked the lorry on gps but did not like the blue line and had no arrows on gps road they had gone

I won't be putting color versions of this mod because if I did that there would be tons of different color requests.

What I can do is tell you how to do it yourself, it's really easy.

First you need to get the mod, so go to the drive where you installed steam and go to Steam>steamapps>workshop>content>227300>2440651638. The last two numbers should be right but it can be different for other people.

Inside the last folder is the mod, now you need to get the file player.dds which is in universal>material>ui>map.

Now you just have to open this file with either paint.net or Photoshop and you can modify the color to whatever color you would like, when you're done just save it back as a dds file and put your new modified folder in the mods folder located in documents>Euro Truck Simulator 2>mod.
