There are some official mangas and fan made animations or "animes" but for the most part the games are the cannon parts. The official endorsed mangas are extra meat on the chicken legs.

Also tons of fan made games and stories or books b/c the IP / patent for the franchise is mostly an open patent with some limitations / restrictions but aside from that free reign basically.

is a game franchise bullet hell like cup head undertale that one spaceship game galica or whatever the 8 bit one that was next to the pac man machine game at the arcade.

It's very old like 1990's old. 2 versions pc-98 and current windows which aside from like 6 titles rest fall under windows versions. Basically it's a bunch of Japanese and other culture fairy tales or myths and stories. The moon bunnies pounding mochi on the moon to the oni (ogres) and the whole heaven hell thing.
