Personally since I focus more on dense urban development I like the smaller lots.
Gilded - def go for the Cleveland house. Seems like a perfect entry. Complex roofs & additions usually take the most time. Oh, and anything curved can be... challenging lol. Look forward to it tho!
As for inspiration. I'm still researching but 3107 Archwood Ave in Cleveland seems like it would be something very different than what is currently on the workshop but still not too time intensive. I also like some of the houses in this slideshow from Adrian Michigan.
