You need to make a LUA Script to have a Custom Material show up in the Materials Tool, if you use Sub-Material Tool though, you can extract the material from the model into your Tool Gun, then apply it to any other model you want.

Just search up Sub-Material or SubMaterial on the Workshop, you'll find the tool instantly.

Could you maybe make it as a material and not as an effect please?

My memory is too bad to remember the multiple steps you need to do for a Blender to Source port or even for making a model at that and bringing it to Source, you need Blender, Blender Source Tools, sometimes SourceIO, Crowbar, VTFEdit, etc and while I do have all of these tools installed, I do not do Blender porting due to my bad memory

No, I am incable of rigging a ragdoll and giving it the physics, and animatronic rigs are complicated to pose as I've heard from Fnaf artists I'm in contact with so imagine trying to make the rigs
