Any idea how I could do this?
@Pheonix sorry for the late reply. I don't use ET so I probably won't try to make a compatible mod. You could try making one yourself (by tweaking the colormap files as rollon did).
@Kurdish Tigers thanks for the comment, I'll add it to the description in case anyone else is wondering about the same :)
I recently got a new machine and I'm not sure how to update the mod now, but I'll try to get around to it sometime. In any case, all that needs to be changed is line 6 of descriptor.mod (supported version) from 1.31.* to 1.32.*; if the outdated mod warning really bothers you, you can perform the change manually in the meantime :)
1. delete border0.dds and border0corner.dds
2. make two copies of border1.dds
3. rename one of the copies border0.dds
4. rename the other one border0corner.dds
To also answer Kaptem's two questions (sorry for not getting back to you earlier): the short answer is that both are sort of out of scope for this mod. I intended it as no more than an ironman port of the original one. However:
- I sometimes run into the issue with sea borders as well. I will probably try to do something about it someday, but I'm lazy and it's low on my priority list, so I wouldn't count on me doing that soon :-) If you'd like to have a go yourself, I'd try toying with the border*.dds files in the map/terrain directory.
- Porting to Anbennar shouldn't be too difficult, I think. As far as I can tell, it should suffice to make colormap files for their map. However, as before, while I might have a go at it sometime it very possibly won't be anytime soon.
