Very nice puzzle! Like it a lot.
This is probably the best workshop chamber that I have tested so far. It is this simplicity that others try to achieve, but ultimately fall short of (me included).
I could not figure that out for forever. Then I shot that one magic portal and I figured it out. Exact dialogue:
"I think I need another cube. ... Yeah, I gOH MY GOD I FIGURED IT OUT." [shoots blue portal and floats across to exit] "Wow."

The only suggestion I would make is to make the cube drop area slightly wider on the right side so you can volley the cube back and forth more easily while making your way to the elevator.
