It definitely doesn't like the fakeBogies segment, and it doesn't like the reversed driver (LODs 20, 21 & 22). Removing all of these got it working for me. Hope this helps... but either way it's a stunning addition to the rolling stock, many thanks - great debut!
I do have 650+ mods installed [including the 'Advanced Camera' mod] on a mega 1:5 map.
Testing on a small map, literally with 4 towns, when selecting the cabview icon I get a white screen with the speed showing in bottom right, destination and passengers in bottom left as per a normal cabview or loco camera position.
Having tested various environment and other mods, it seems to be the Advanced Camera Views mod that seems to be incompatible. It works on many other locos, 47s, 37s, 50s, etc. but doesn't want to play nicely with yours. When running without the ACV mod, I get the normal front-based view as the train travels along the network. Given that I use the ACV mod for setting up many of my screenshots, this is somewhat frustrating.
