The mod should still work, it's just that Cortex Command's Steam Workshop support is broken
You have to find the Workshop folder for Cortex Command and drag it into your game files
Also, has anyone managed to port this over to the CC Community Project?

This doesn't appear to work anymore, or at least the files that are supposed to be installed when you subscribe don't actually show up, even after booting up the game. The mod is just missing, and I can't find any alternate download links either.

thank god you included instructions on how to fix this, I was on a regime of removing random mods I thought could have caused it, hope this fixes it!

The most op faction for this mod is S.A.W. just because any skil of raax can destroy large amounts of enemies at once

Good mod, the only problem i can find is with dead actors. when you manage to get a slow-mo kill, their bodies fly at high speeds that are fast enough to kill anything standing in it's way... which most of the time tends to be me.

All you have to do is change to another actor using the watch, press F then F again and it turns off

If you are still working on this mod, add another control that makes time back to normal because when you die while slow motion I can slow time AGAIN making it too slow...

Obviously, it it not likely for this to happen, but would it be possible for a global script to be added that does the same thing as the slomo brain?

It's been a really long time since I worked on this, but if I remember correctly, you need to use the items for it.

I found a bug. Whenever an actor who has used the slow motion watch dies (whether they're in slow motion or not) the game freezes. I play on mac, if that helps.

you think there's a way to modify this so that the the actor is still moving slow but he shoots, reloads, aims, etc. at normal speed? always wanted to go slow mo and just smoke everything

I used to use this so much, it was great, but only now am I noticing what you need to add to this mod! When using it in Skirmish modes where you build your own base it's fine, as all you need to do is buy a slow mo brain, but on anything else you need watches for every troop and that can get quite annoying! Maybe add a powerful actor who is also the brain, a robot and this way we can buy him and get him airdropped in, so that every actor on the field can use "F" (slow-mo) whenever they like during the battle!
Please do this!

Take a look at Slomo.rte/Bindings.lua as well as Slomo.rte/Brain.lua . Any reference to "UInputMan" is something to do with user input -- you can probably figure out which functions to use from there. If not, send me a message or something and I'll try to help!

How hard is it to alter a keybind (or create a new one) with a mod? How would you activate a Lua (I'm assuming this is using Lua.) script with a keypress?
