The collections have both. Look at the individual asset description. I've mentioned what each asset is for (vehicle or ploppable building)

Im very confused on how this works are they like the kms Bismarck where you can put them down or part of the cruise ships/cargo ships?

Glad this is helpful for your city. I've spent a lot of time creating all these models and I am sure you'll love the detail on all of these assets.

Thank you for this collection. I am fairly new to this game and was looking to build a military area in my game; naval base specifically. I found only army assets and was starting to look into modding and asset creation, but found it tedious and complicated. I can now continue to build my city, instead of looking for ways to mod it. Thank you

Hi, I think that it might be hard to directly convert it from Solid works to blender, for one reason is that the file might have too much tries. However, it is possible that I can remodel it in blender with your provided stl/obj/fbx file, while maintain the tris of the asset to be friendly to the game and also reduce some unnecessary details. I'm willing to help you with that, but it might take quite some time as I am working on other ships and airplanes at this time. You can PM me for the link of your file so that I can take a quick look on it.

I am contacting you, in case I could make an asset request for cities Skylines.
I did the design in solid works, but I have no idea how to work in blender.
I tried it from sketchup, but my attempts all frustrated.
The file is 22mb in solid, in STL: 140mb and I don't know how to reduce the size.
If you are interested I could send you the file.
It is a new generation X-Bow oceanographic ship.

No. The prop will only allow a single object, while all my ships have multiple parts and are very detailed, so making it as prop is just not possible. Also with move it , you can literally put it at any position and at any height, so I don't see any reason for making them as prop

I wish you could include support/supply ships for the fleet :)
