I'm sorry but you can't expect someone to just make a model a different shade of blue just because you wanted it. You can easily do that by making a livery and if you don't know how to, ask for help on discord or on steam discussions.

Quick correction: This is phase IVb, not IV. IV has no travel mark, just the stripes.

phase II is just phase I without the chevron logo, so kinda pointless, and phase V is the Acela Regional and that would just be a total pain to make

Yes! Finally! If you go on the rolling line forums there is this dude who makes "fake DownLoadds" or whatever he calls them where it is just an empty file. Basically just teases you. Now we have a real amfleet!
