First off, excellent work on this mod. The attention to historical detail and scope is genuinely impressive.

I’d like to propose a mechanical tweak regarding colonization:
Reduce the manpower cost by 50% when colonizing a territory that the country already has a claim on.

Is there a way to transition this mod's progress into basegame when reaching the vanilla start date? I'm planning to do a Mega Campaign starting from this mod.

@Uncle Ron It's not a mod issue but a game issue, it doesn't handle Onedrive well at all. I don't have a proper fix besides ensuring that the documents folder is entirely out of Onedrive.

despite changing the path in the launcher settings to my Documents folder, as from the root of my C drive, the game still crashes upon new game, and the launcher still breaks when the Onedrive folder is removed

I figured as much, but it was worth a try. I may have found the problem, which boils down to a possible typo, but considering I reset it, that remains to be seen. Also, what causes the mod to break within Onedrive?

@Uncle Ron You can't just symlink the documents folder out of onedrive. That still has the same issues as normaal onedrive. You need to link to a proper documents folder outside of onedrive as can be seen in this wiki page. https://imperator.paradoxwikis.com/Mods

Mod crashes after hitting "New Game". Tried bringing the version back to 2.04 and 2.00. Tried moving documents out of Onedrive, but the launcher will not recognize them without a symbolic link, which still brings up the same problems as before. Tried reinstalling the launcher, as well as the game. No other mods are being used together with it.

Hello, this mod is not working for me. I have the last recent version (patch) of Imperator Rome. It uploads, but the names of the characters are undefinided, the missions unreadable, some name of the provinces are etruscan or roman. Any idea on how to solve this?

Just wanted to report that the recent update broke the date in the mod for new games. It thinks it's 785 AVE/32 CE now

Also if I am not mistaken the start date is Pre Hittite. So maybe at tops city of Nesha can be added allowing you to expand across Hatti. But upper Anatolia by comparison to Luwic south and west would be much more sparsely settled and nomadic especially at this time. Without many states or even proto states.

Here's a suggestion - make lands needed to form Caria secede much like Cyclades if you decide to form Cyrenaica. I thought the AI will form Caria if I go for Cyrenaica

You can't colonize off-shore islands since you don't have neighboring territories. Yet, island's off the East Arabian Gulf coast have lapiz lazuli modifiers, so they probably are intended to be colonized.

@Dave look for the seagulls flying above a territory, it's dictated by whether or not there is a port locator
