It is a bit weird seeing both the Constantinople city state and the ottomans on the same map.

@Fuzzletop Oh, darn. That's right, I forgot.

Ah yes, the one exception in this mod. Technically, the Thanh is a part of the civ, not the leader and the rest of Vietnam's traits were not as easily transferable to another civ: a) it forces the civ to build specialty districts only on features (a penalty more than a bonus), and b) it grants yields to buildings built on features (other civs clear features when placing a district). They also have c) the ability to plant woods early, which is not a suitable suzerain bonus since it eventually becomes useless.

In Rise and Fall, there was a similar issue with the Cree; instead of their civ trait, I made their city-state grant the Mekewap improvement.

Thang Long suzerain bonus seems come from the thanh, not the Nine dragon river delta.

That was Joao's ability, not Portugal's. All bonuses are taken from the Civ, not the Leader(s).

Why not have Lisbon have the "+1 Sight for all units," ability, like Bogota has for movement. Or you could add this to it's existing trade route extension to have 2 abilities. Just a thought. It's your mod, I just thought I should say something if Bogota has that ability, you know.
