Will there be an update for the new DLC?
Maybe it's easier to remember that the lines always follow the lanes. So imagine the rightmost lane exits. Then draw lines on both sides of that lane to where it shall go, i.e. the exit ramp. In basic terminology, that's the right edge line and the first lane line. You will have two lines drawn with IMT.
To make one lane not exit-only, you can draw a straight line from the right edge of that lane to the same edge at the far end of the node. Then intersect another line from the lane's left edge (the second lane line, so to speak), which goes all the way to the left edge of the ramp. At the intersection of those two lines you can split each of the intersecting lines via the menu "from" and "to" options. That way, you can have an opening in the right edge line of the through lane.
You can then add a chevron filler to the gore.
