it's a little weird, i know, i just like to have some generic leaders there to kinda break things up yk?
I use a "retire leaders" mod to purposefully get generic leaders
same guy takes control of the united states no matter how many times i remove the current leader
this may seem like a very silly question but would this be incompatible with other generic portrait mods?
In your case, you would then go to SOV, and replace Stalin with your dds file of choice. That's how I started out portrait modding.
I would like to mention 2 things.
The Stalin reskin feels too gray.
Francisco Franco is shown twice with the only difference is a very small aspect ratio change.
If you know how to override the Stalin reskin with another one then please let me know.
Ok goodbye!
