Don't know why at the moment but it seems that if you run the game with this mod and kmm, and if you leave it, relauch it without relauching kmm, i provokes a crash. Investigating....

It should be ok now, I applied a few changes, according to the Kavvan Shrike's suggestions, If you i gave an up to the nurgle way(speed and a few melee def).

I see what is happening: seal of nurgle is -30% speed and the Altar of pestilence is another -30% speed. so a nurgle specialised army is moving at -60%. You should probably change this to be one or the other(also altar of pestilence gives only +8 melee defence while its predecessor gives +10). I have also noticed that chosen halberds with your chaos marks don't have charge defence but your great weapons do. the opposite is true for unmarked chosen great weapon and halberds

movement speed penalty for max nurgle shrine makes nurglite champions basically move at a crawl(17 speed is too slow already but when my guys were hit by suppressed they were basically sitting ducks). Nurglite units are already slower than normal units so imo all shrine penalties should not apply to their specific chosen units
