Two birds with one stone! This gets rid of annoying chunks AND helps with that pesky steel shortage.

Very weird. Try uninstalling it. then running RW without it, save and shut down RW then reinstall and see if it helps. I also pushed a little update with a new image so its a fresh upload just in case.

Is anyone having issues with this mod, I've had it installed for awhile now and had no issue, But recently booted up the game only for it to be uninstalled and refusing to install, I've unsubbed and then resubbed and the issue is the same

I only updated it to be used for 1.3 by editing what versions its allowed to be in. Looking over the code and this mod isn't using patching, it's overwriting things like the smelter. I will look into this, see if the original author updated theirs, and possibly rewrite it to use xpath patching.

It would be nice to have something that makes it so that every recipe requiring steel can instead require any metal. I need steel for a research table, I don't have any, I have bone, copper, tin, lead, platinum, gold, silver and a whole bunch more. Guess I don't get to learn how to cut stone. Makes me wonder how they got past stone age before someone made steel.
