Hi nongboii there are 2 options for making it work.
1. U can try reraching the sliders which pull the hauler in with enough speed whn going up the ramp and if that doesnt work u can try to:
2.use the winch in the back of the helicopter tu pull the hauler up far enough to reach the sliders.
I hope this helps :)

Hi Sacha it is fairly simple you have to set the channel of the remote contoll to the same channel as the Cargohauler (input on the hauler is with the keypad) and then you just turn the hauler on and activate remote controll while holdich the rc controller in your hand. Then you should be able to drive via WASD. The other Controlls are vissible by looking on the red microcontroller next to the buttons on the cargo hauler. Hope this helps :)

I do not understand how is the operation or procedure of the remote control.

Mhm, I tried that. W/S is throttle correct? I can turn the tires left and right but can’t go forward or backward. I made sure it’s on and brake is off

You need to release the parking brake by pressing 4.
The controlls can be seen by looking at the red microcontroller next to the start button :)

The old gearbox has now been replaced with a new one if people had problems.

In case this isn't working for an one, you can fix it by replacing the old gearbox with the 1x1 new gearbox, then using pipes to connect it to the wheel. Its located to the left of the wheel, in the wheelwell (looking from the front). Ratio off is 3:1, ratio on is 1:1. It doesn't need to be connected to logic from what I can see.
