It shouldn't conflict with other mods, but it won't make other mods GGX-ish (unless they use the default .vmt files).

Does this work with modded guns and attachments?

I have no idea why this mod is doing it too, I've tried other GGX and weapons replacer mods, they work fine. But switching to this causes that issue, I think I'm just gonna stick with no GGX. Or maybe it's servers blocking specifically this mod, like you said

Man, I really have no idea. This mod only affects weapon .vmt files (and in some rare cases .vtf files). I can think of no reason why they would interfere with player models/textures. I double-checked the mod files and I'm sure that nothing extraneous is in there.

Try playing a solo game with friendly AI (i.e. hunt mode) and see if you still have the issue. If not, I suspect that the server is trying to block some of the mod's files and the result is the red blinking you described.

Already did that, even reinstalled Insurgency. For some reason this mod, no other mods, is causing people to flash red when I spawn. I even checked if it was a gpu issue, its not, idk what else it could be.

Hmmm...I can't duplicate that. My only guess is that my mod could be conflicting with another one that you have installed. Try unsubscribing to your other mods, then resubscribe to them to give them priority over mine.
