Im alot of years late but i saw that and i got interested, ignored it at first because i found a mod that lets you literally sell drugs.... but its buggy as fuck the machine to make drugs randomly breaks and doesnt work anymore. I modified a bit your Drug Dealer build, for me it makes more sense him having Ideological clash and suspect rather than malodorous.

Should only be Edit Characters Through Descriptions. Everything is technically vanilla, it just needed a third party editor to get things like the syringe added in.
