Hello, I'm the author of the Machine and Robot Expansion mod. I'm here to tell that your mod is
overwriting an outdated vanilla file and it's causing a problem.

With the Lem update, PDX moved the 'robotic = yes' code from the species class file to the archetypes file. Without the code, Machine and Robot species can't be modified and assembled properly.

I ask you to check the vanilla file and change yours. And add the code for my XVCV_MDLC_BIO_ROBOT archetype as well. Like this:

XVCV_MDLC_BIO_ROBOT = {
species_trait_points = 2
species_max_traits = 10
robotic = yes
}

I haven't had any problems with Forgotten Queens. I mentioned Machine and Robot Expansion specifically because that mod adds a custom archetype.

Edit:
Can't add "SHENHAI" until I get the mod. I need to know the file name they used, cuz I need to overwrite it. Sorry.

I'll try to add just the "SHENHAI" archetype, but I'd like to add all the archetypes from that mod, if there are more then one, just so I can post full compatibility
