Not able to be completed in 2021 due to terrain bugs. The writing is strongly influenced by Monkey Island, so if you like that and don't mind not having an ending, it's fine. Play a puncher, not a caster, you need the damage and incentive for Body.

I had to beef up body to get thru the warehouse, but finally made it. Did all the run-around and went to bar for info on Nixon, Squealer squealed about Nixon and Fight Club, but whe i go to the metal plate door it locks up, Lights dim but nothing happens. Nice premise so far, smae issue with seeing Lucy but no way to get to her/him?

While it might feel intuitive to set up each building in a new scene, this makes for terrible gameplay. Especially in an open world without a clear waypoint, it's all 1) Go into a building 2) Wait for a loading screen 3) Find out you went into the wrong building 4) Wait for the longer map loading screen 5) Repeat.

Thank you for saving the game before that disgusting battle in the warehouse, though. Give me another runner to watch my back, or take them off boss status. You barely gave me sufficient spells to kill three boss shadowrunners, but the semi-illegal Heal II was thoughtful.

Other than that Lucy isn't accessible, the only other problem is minor. When exiting a building, the camera should teleport to the player. I can do it manually in game, but it just makes things neater to have a trigger watch for it.

All being said, I find amnesia plots engaging and fun. This story has begun very well. I'll be watching for part 2.

I'll work a bit to streamline the dialog to push the plot along. There's a secondary dialog option in Andew's Warehouse that opens up the Condemned Warehouse, which leads to opening up a conversation with Marvin, once that' s cleared out. I'll add some pop-up dialog based on conditions to guide the player a bit more. Lucy has spells for sale, so I'll make sure that path isn't blocked. Sometimes the auto move/talk doesn't seem to engage, and I can extend the range of talking for that interaction. I'll add more melee weapons, too. Thank you for posting suggestions!

So I kill the random thug, run around talking to people, get the macguffin that's supposed to move the story along... now what? I'm supposed to Find Nixon, and the Squealer in the bar sounds like the best way to find info, but he isn't talking. Neither is anybody else, except possibly Lucy. I can see him and an interactable spot in the graveyard, but there isn't a path I can follow to them.

By the way, if you want to encourage people to be a mage, you might want to put that weapon-class spell 'every mage knows and has ready' in the AnyVend. And maybe something for people who want to specialize in melee instead of unarmed.

I just based everything on the base game so people don't have to pay more for content in order to play it. Dragonfall is pretty awesome, though.

@Vigi React: It looks like it only uses the base game. Dragonfall isn't required.

Is Dragonfall required for this?

I'd love feedback; this is a story of the midwest and kicking buns. If you love an aspect of this, let me know. If you find any bugs, let me know and I'll fix them. Working on chapter 2.
