Other than that small gripe, this is a pretty good map!
Also, the door in the first room still only opens in one light. I'm not sure if that's intended or if this is what you tried to fix(in the description), but I'm not sure why you'd want it to behave in the current way...

Some texture problem with prop and doors tho, didn't packed correctly
This map is pretty perfect actually, my only complaint is the short length. So much potential here (especially if we had a portal gun to play with) and I would love to see more in this style.
Buttons only trigger their effect when they are pushed, and only for that world, and they can only be pushed if they are nor already pushed in the other world.
Oh, I didn't know. Thanks for that console command, I'll keep it in mind.
The switch is all custom, but I'd be happy to implement it as a package for BEE.
Btw., is that toggle button or a variant of it implemented in your BEE package? It looks great and makes clear that it is a toggle.
