Have you seen my pioneer pack? I have included a gravity fed variation of this tank in it. Yes maybe thats an odd thing to do, but thats what i did :D

@ryantheskinny - I like this mod and often use it on large farms to provide a source of fuel at the far end (far from the farm building). One thing that puzzles me though, this type of fuel system is typically gravity feed, meaning it doesn't require electricity to fuel your vehicle. I realize some time ago it was impossible to create a gas station without requiring electricity, but is that still the case? My point is have you considered adjusting this mod so that it doesn't require electricity? Sure would help given I typically use this mod in remote locations.

Yeah its really just not necessary anymore with internal fueling. However it still should work for far away areas so I'll double check things to see what might be off.

its easier to calculate distances/number of harvest vehicles without this mods random functionality...

That could be any number of things, the game could not think it needs fuel til the vehicle has already past the station. Also they usually return to the farms and can refuel at the farms as well if fuel is provided there. So its hard to tell but its probably not this building itself as it runs off of the games hardcoded gas station functionality

I have an issue: this mod is looking so good, but it properly incorrect working =) cars drive to another gas station located on another side of my farm (30 big fields) instead station next to the point where it became fuel off =))) In another case: cars filled with this looking good gas stations still drive to the farm building and than return to next field =)

Is anyone else still having a problem with refilling the tank with a vehicle. Vehicles can refuel from it but when I tell a vehicle to go and refill it, it always has a pathfinding error.

Yeah, i was hoping for the ability to have a dirt or gravel base, since its original creation. Well now we got gravel, so it can finally be the way it should have. And its been recalculated on its storage capacity for bwtter realism.

Actually, I have found that I do like the look of it, kinda shocked a little at first. But it does look pretty impressive and stands out nicely.

I figured the gravel would look nicer now that it is an option, than having the road dead end to a grass lot.

Cheaper to build-> easier, suits better to your budget of 1M Rubles. That is what I am talking about, not efficiency or capacity.

The capacity of the tank doesn't matter. My (vanilla) gas stations are never filled up for 100%. Mostly they only hold about 20 tons, the 30% level of the DO.
What really matters is the cost of building, which is about 22% of the vanilla cost.

its just for fun between friends. Gentleman's rules you know. there was no intention of making some special class of players, especially on our end. Hard mode challenge was exactly that a challenge for some fun. Also if you look, the intention of this mod is now part of vanilla. :)

"Very cheap + very big capacity = cheat mod." that's literally what I refuted by the calculation, you just didn't understand. :steamfacepalm: The tank is cheap but the tank size is even smaller in scale to the default gas station giving you less capacity for what you paid.

The problem with you guys is that you claim to play according to HMC rules to make the game more challenging, but on the other hand, you organise an entire system of mods which allow you to make it easier to conform to your own rules. Where is the challenge? Vanilla creates an issue for me, let's create a mod!
You know what a real challenge would look like? Playing HMC WITHOUT a single mod.
Or obtain self-sufficiency with 100 K population, using only vanilla stuff.
I am not saying that I don't use mods, in the contrary, I use some of them, but I don't put myself on a soccle claiming to play HMC, cosmonaut, Potemkin, Sputnik or whatever.

Also if you try to say that it makes the game "easy" or circumvent some rule set we can compare the construction cost of the default gas station which holds 70 tons to this.In my current prices this costs 1500 rubles while the default one costs 6900 rubles. Ratio of 4,6 while the fuel ratio is 5,8 between 70 and 12. So using this actually more inefficient than default.

What is "hard" in HMC, when you allow and encourage the use of hundreds of mods, of which a lot are cheaty?

Seems extremely overpowered to me! When you compare the tank with the portable fire extinguisher or the ladder, it should be no more than 1m³ (approx 1 ton of fuel and not 12 tons). Remember that a T138 cistern takes 12 tons too...
Very cheap + very big capacity = cheat mod.
Or are the stats chosen just to turn around HMC rules, because vanilla is too hard to play? :steammocking:
