I had Mechdusa naturally spawn on me while messing around on my Zenith seed world. I had the regular music on, but Mechdusa force-plays Otherworldly Boss 1.

Hearing Nuclear Fusion suddenly start playing over the regular Underground theme threw me for a loop. 10/10 music pack.

Create a world with the seeds 05162020 or 5162020. Then, talk to the party girl and you will be able to switch between the normal and the terraria otherworld soundtrack.
