Campaign was beautiful and music was epic. Really appreciated all the custom melee weapons that were added and the set pieces (i.e. dragons, fireballs, etc). Playing this campaign with the LOTR enemy and survivor skins also made the atmosphere feel super immersive. However, the first two levels ended up becoming more frustrating than fun due to all the unexpected insta-kill moments. Definitely do not play with bots. The final level being Helms Deep really saved the campaign for me, as I had an awesome time replaying that map in campaign form. Overall, campaign is visually stunning and has a lot of effort put into it, but difficulty holds it back a bit.

BEST campaigns

This was one of the BEST campaigns I've ever played through. It was like you're a part of the movie! Not difficult to navigate through, and the difficulty was adjusted very well for each level. The music and the common infected worked very well with no conflicts. Completed with a 2-player run on Normal, then 3-players with Advanced.

Will be playing this again in the future, as this got me returning back to the LOTR/Hobbit world to enjoy the stories again.

To tell you the truth, Legolas with a Sniper Rifle would've made everything easier.
