Also having same problems , the outposts are all unlocked , but the bookstore is gone , only the background is left and Pixel Equipment is closed .

I'm having the same issue as TrogDude, in that directly after completing the avian Artifact mission the bookstore is now gone despite having the book background that was previously there

The bookstore is completely missing on my end for some reason. Any tips to fix this?
