Wouldn't recommend, I tried to play it with my Friends and they just called me a baboon lipped bastard and left.

Special reconnaissance mission, observe a target for a few seconds, preferably using your binoculars and it will be marked on your map indicating that it has been identified, do this for every target in the indicated area to successfully complete the task.
