Probably not much. It doesn't use many aero bricks, but if you attach a few flaps, it might handle a bit more.

Perhaps. The engine is made of mainly plastic, so it might have freaked out. Also, the yoke is a carjack.

i think it is. and also, i decided to shoot the plane with a pistol, just once, for funsies. and i turned on the engine. mid flight, the engine exploded. i guess i shot a part loose and it got stuck in the engine area...?

Yeah, it takes some getting used to. Canvas wing planes notoriously have stalling problems at low altitudes, but just give this thing time to get up to about 80 - 100 MPH. Then it should fly like any other plane. The prop is two boat paddles bolted together, so it doesn't have great push against the air. But once it gets going, its top speed is decent for a 53 horsepower diesel.

It's really hard to fly and that's why I love it

It uses the air resistance of flat plates to its advantage. It doesn't actually need flap bricks on its wings or propeller because of that effect.

If you're having difficulty flying it, treat the plane like it was built in 1910. Take it slow on the liftoff, and don't pull crazy maneuvers with canvas wings.
