You can only build these bastards in strategic locations
Paravvon, origo and all the vanilla starting lords start in a settlement with strategic locations
The rest does not @Maffers
For SFO users submod is up.

1. Both Paladins and Damsels caps are increased by tier 3 buildings so Faceless are only as spammable as the base game heroes are.
2. Caps do sound kind of interesting, I might make a separate version of this mod that adds caps.
1. Consider moving the +1 Faceless capacity to tier 4. It shouldn't be a common, easily spammable hero IMO.
2. I still think that caps would be perfect for the new units (generous for Brigands, low for Herrimaults). It's always fun to make a choice between chivalry and more units unaffected by the Peasants' economy system. Also, Faceless could have mutually exclusive skills giving more caps for the selected unit type. Good for balance as well since Bretonnia has no supply lines. If you think that caps for everything are too much, then maybe just for Herrimaults?
3. It could be interesting if the Brigand Camp increased money gain from sacking and battles in adjacent regions (like some Norscan and WE outposts), but gave small diplomatic penalties with Order factions.

The Faceless has 2 different face models each with 2 cloak color variants (green and brown).
I feel like with the friar and faceless, you might have the start of a little fellowship of heroes there.
Does the faceless have appearance variations? The more the better.
1. No peasant cap for Brigands. That's the thing - they are outlaws, they are not working the farms. They should have separate TK-style caps instead which can be increased by building more camps.
2. All Brigands should have the expendable attribute. Nobody cares if they die besides themselves.
3. Brigand camp should decrease chivalry like the brothel.
4. No Paladin voiceovers for the Faceless if possible. It's better if they don't speak at all.
5. Faceless should gain Woodsman and lose Encourage.
6. Faceless should gain sth like +4/5 speed, ATM they are not faster than Paladin on foot. LP from 70 to 65 because Paladin have 65.
