What about a 2 length and 2 high? There are no straight diagonal pipes.
Kahrstrom  [author] 30 Apr, 2024 @ 4:24am
No, the pipe function is broken by editing the blocks. They just happen to be great for detailing :)

Copy the pipe and the green block adjacent to it, paste both in as one, then merge using the green block.

This has nothing to do with this pack in specific but rather just XML editing. Sometimes when you hover a block over the XML edited part, the screen glitches out. Spam the keybind for another block on your toolbar a few times and it will resolve itself no doubt. It happens to me all the time and will for you as well if you do a lot of XML editing. I got used to it long ago, it's just one of those things you need to accept when you do things that weren't meant to be done by the developers originally.

When I use pipes with one of your XML pipes on my build my whole screen fills with black pixels and I cant place any blocks. It usually resolves itself when I unsuscribe from this. This happened to me twice using this so it isn't a coincidence.

this XML pack led me down a deep dark wabbit hole https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2792704142

biventine - make sure to cut the pipe with the green block. Use the block to merge to your main grid, then remove the block once you're happy with the result. XML edited blocks can sometimes be tricky to work with. With pipes you can usually place a block on the pipe itself that you can use to merge as well though.

i got it on but i cant find out how to merge it, ive places blocks everywhere and none of them can merge

Do these actually work as pipes or are they just for display? I can't seem to get them to work
eatmorecrab 28 Feb, 2022 @ 3:55pm
how come this is exactly what i needed?
GrubbyZebra 10 Aug, 2021 @ 7:20pm
Got ya. Didn't realise there were different sized workbenches!
Kahrstrom  [author] 6 Aug, 2021 @ 3:27pm
It is indeed a vehicle that you have to load in. Make sure to use the largest worbenches and not just the Beginner island for example - it's a fairly large thing due to the sheer amount of pipes put in there.
GrubbyZebra 6 Aug, 2021 @ 9:58am
I'm assuming I have to load this in as a vehicle to be able select the parts I want? The game keeps telling me my workspace is too small to load it, however. Suggestions?
Kahrstrom  [author] 7 May, 2021 @ 7:17am
Great to hear you found it useful!
Goliath 7 May, 2021 @ 1:38am
Thank you very much. Especially for guys like me who don't feel comfortable messing around with XML data, this is a huge help.
Kahrstrom  [author] 5 May, 2021 @ 1:09pm
Use the normal rotate buttons? They work for the copy/paste tool too.
Silverado Legion 5 May, 2021 @ 12:38pm
How are we supposed to rotate them?
kak the protogen 3 May, 2021 @ 10:46am
i will
Kahrstrom  [author] 1 May, 2021 @ 1:36pm
It's actually a fairly simple process once you get into it :) If you're interesting in how it's done, check out my step-by-step guide on how to make your own XML pipes!
