The AC556 does not have removable sights. Its just not possible to make this an AC556 replacement and have ironsights by default that disappear when optics are attached

Yes, that's exactly why we want this one for the AC556. The irons (and animations to a degree) on the other one suck.

There already is a FAMAS that replaces the AC556. I don't like sights-through-rail, it's as horrible as in the M16A2

There's already multiple skins for the AC 556, plus you'd have no bipod / GL glory that way :P
