Can you describe what the changes are, exactly? Me and a friend have wiped out entire empires in wars, yet they still won't surrender, so we're looking for a fix

@WTID Nope, it's a seperate mod that only includes AI changes. No QoL changes, no balance changes. I'll update the description.
