Steam is not happy with my mod deep dive. lol
Designing a player model base is an extremely tedious process and there's good reason why there isn't many / any.
I would recommend just spending a bit of time to copy and paste the yumi head model as a hat perhaps, and then using the already existing horns and such to your own desire. That's the best result I can think of without 20+ hours of dev time

When you find the item, you should just be able to copy paste the entire folder in your resource pack of choice, but I'm pretty confident items in Tmod should just work from terraria already. (Don't quote me)
