About the 11,000 lines of code: I just had a brief look and Dr. Oetker will likely be able to help you further. I saved a lot of lines in my automated development mod by using the variable export options. See https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Variables#Exporting_variables . There's a list of exportable values at the bottom. For example: total development of a country, and development of a province. Good luck! :)
Good mod by the way. I'll be certain to use this when/if they fix Leviathan.
uhm... do you have some more convenient way of contacting you? This mod should have maybe 300 lines at most, not 11,000...
That's a vanilla bug, has nothing to do with your mod.
