this might be a nit too much, but do you think it'd be possible to count total development of cultures in your country? government tab only shows % and numbers in states, but I'd like to know before stating how much dev a culture has, and then BOTH state territories with that culture and accept the culture itself

About the 11,000 lines of code: I just had a brief look and Dr. Oetker will likely be able to help you further. I saved a lot of lines in my automated development mod by using the variable export options. See https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Variables#Exporting_variables . There's a list of exportable values at the bottom. For example: total development of a country, and development of a province. Good luck! :)

@Dr. Oetker: Thank you for your feedback. The many lines are due to the fact that many lines are duplicated again and again and only one number has to be changed... If you think that it can be done in 300 lines, I am very curious about your idea. Can you write me a private message here, then we can switch to Discord, for example? PS: What languages do you speak?

When counting the development of regions and continents, does it count uncolonized provinces?

That's a vanilla bug, has nothing to do with your mod.
