I found the mod in the folder and found and replaced general_unit_upgrade

with

general_unit_upgrade "marian_reforms"

now the game does not error when enabled

I subscribed to this mod but am getting an error. It mentions 'general_unit_upgrade' should be changed to general_unit_upgrade "marian_reforms". Any idea what could go wrong? I only see one roman faction when I changed it manually. Thanks in advance!

You should make it so that spartans can knock down walls and doors with their fists and count them as siege equipment allongside as infantry

you can make them recruitable by editing the ecport_descr_buildings script. its actually very simple. you can edit temples to give you max exp, weapons and armour as well as trade income etc. its the old trick you could do on the original rtw. simply copy and paste the line in the army barracks 9minus the special bit at the end) put in in the stats for shrines. bingo!
