By using this external level editor [kotritrona.github.io] and going to the "production" tab. You can pick between any of the board sizes used in the base game. Then you download the file and move the file to C:\Users\*your username*\Documents\My Games\Opus Magnum\*bunch of random numbers*\custom. Then you can design the rest of the puzzle in-game.
