Idk if this is because of other mods I have enabled, which shouldnt be interfering with the mod here, but the game keeps crashing upon entering the loading screen. Error shown says that "general_unit_upgrade" should be changed to "general_unit_upgrade marian reforms"

I do plan to do more, I just hacked this together quickly from a few old mods I'd made for original RTW, and wanted them over here on remastered. I do look forward to suggestions for factions being able to reliably get access to some mercenaries themed for them, and definitely want Macedon to be able to get Cretan archers. I'm not sure if I want to let Seleucids get them, but might let them have Rhodians.
I've got to add that portion back in, I removed it temporarily to allow this mod to be compatible with another one on the workshop that adds new regions.

Is it possible for Macedonia to hire and retrain Cretan archers?
