It's whole purpose was using it as dev tool, for building maps, and modifying existing maps for singleplayer HL2.

Yeah, reviewing the code it is actually based on client code. The problem is, modding G-Mod is some time ago, so I can't exactly remember if that renders it not working for servers.

As far as I remember there was some kind of struggle with multiplayer, when I developed the mod. It was working fine for coop setups in singleplayer, but I can't promise it's working on server based MP. You'd have to try out yourself. The problem is, it's using cheat code(or isn't, I relly can't remember), and with cheats enabled you can't play on servers.

How difficult is it to make an addon where all NPCs on the map will ignore specific players on a server? Seems like it'd be useful for one player who's trying to populate a map for other players to fight.
