Isn’t this just a matter of modifying the text file for the makeup of the senate offices?

does this still work?

This mod works for creating a new save. However, it breaks the save once you quit the game and relaunch it. OMG my 33 turns...

And now when I reload the game without it, it crashes game. Corrupted save file.... yayyy

Yea, It's broken. Probably great when it's updated
ERROR 2 Jan, 2022 @ 7:08am
The mod is currently broken due to the last update. There is no senat instead of a bigger senat. As the latest patch was the last, one would hope that this gets updated one last time
ERROR 25 Dec, 2021 @ 11:23am
will you update the mod to the latest and last patch?

Ah ok ! I'll try that !
Dicanio  [author] 17 Aug, 2021 @ 7:31am
@Harthorius you enable them in the launcher.
Dont worry if shows as a conflict. most mods do

Conflict with "four turns per year" ?
Because the launcher says that there is a conflict between "four turns per year" and "senate offices inscreased".

Need to correct previous comment "I have tested and on turn 1 i get 1 senate seat and and this increases per election"
I meant to say on the first round of elections i get my first seat.

@Gneiss Im aware of the extra characters it creates for the SPQR faction at the start of a new campaign but it shouldn't be that difficult to attain seats for your faction, I have tested and on turn 1 i get 1 senate seat and and this increases per election. By turn 8 i have 1 censor seat, 1 consul 1 praetor and 2 quaestor. If this isnt happening check you dont have another mod that also changes the senate.txt file.

Is there any way to get the AI to assign positions to the factions from the start of the game? At the moment it generates loads of extra characters for SPQR, which end up looking very cluttered, messy, and meaning that it's still as hard as ever to actually get a senate office.

Great to see someone else do this, I tried earlier but had problems with getting the UI to slide down far enough.
