All you can really do to find the conflict is enable your mods in groups of like 5 or 10 at a time. Load into your game and see if the radio stations work. If they do enable another 5 or 10 mods and repeat until you find the batch that is breaking it. Then turn those last 5-10 off one by one until you find the culprit.
If it does another mod will be causing the problem, if it doesn't try unsubscribing from this mod and resubscribing to it. Sometimes the workshop messes up the install on occasion.
The new game isn't going to have Steam Workshop support either so I'm not sure at this point if I'm going to be modding for it at all as all of my mods (from every game I mod) are only ever uploaded to the Steam Workshop and I don't think I want to go through the extra hassle of having to update on other platforms.

Using CSL Music Mod - Reupload you can select a huge number of music stations!
There are 440+ music mods (with daily new ones) and I was looking for a list, which I can choose from. Follow & like the list of ALL MUSIC MODS.
Remember: the music mods usually do not include any advertisements! So if you do not want to hear about the Dream Makers, or the legacy of Dino Oil, then the list of ALL MUSIC MODS is made for you!

Alternatively, you can create your own station. ExoFury made some good tutorial videos showing how to do this on this page: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2731443757
